Yeah at one point in the last couple of minutes Baron Davis threw his arm out and hooked Kobe on a drive to the basket but obviously the foul was on Kobe for uh... Getting hooked by Avis' arm?

Yet you fail to mention the body contact that drew the foul before the elbow-to-face blow.

Coming from a f*ckin Lakers fan.

Wow can a Laker fan share his opinion w/o getting called **** or with any other hostility. Ellis didnt explicitly shove Fish. But he did held on to him while running forward.

What the hell are you talking about? I'm saying that the Warriors always find themselves in close games down the stretch no matter what the score was early in the game...didn't say anything about refs :-?

My bad I misinterpreted your post. Nevermind that post. I'm still mad about that call though.

Was that after Avis palmed the ball or inbetween Stephen Jackson's consecutive 3 point chucks?

Can't te warriors just be happy with the win they got at LA over depleted lakers? sheesh. If you want to guarantee a win don't freaking blow a lead by chucking shots.

Right they got robbed of the chance, but that's not why they lost the game. They lost the game because of their D down the stretch.

My point is that if they played better D and not given up that layup, they wouldn't have been in that situation. If you put yourselves in the situation where the refs can decide the game(which the did), then you deserve the loss if the refs make a questionable call.

This is exactly why the NBA needs to implement a system that the Coaches are allowed to Challange a call thats made down the stretch.

Back to your post....

So the next time the Lakers play bad defense in the 4th and get robbed of a game Because of a Crucial Call in the closing seconds of a TIGHT game i better not see you bitch about the refs.

Nope. Doesn't look like the fish who flopped and gave the ref who had a bad angle an oppurtunity to make the big call to decide the game.

That looks more like the aftermath of what happened after Kobe body bumped Baron Davis and got the foul called on him. That's incidental contact right there that happened after the foul, a result on the face similar to what happened in the Nash/Parker scenario. Cool picture though.

and playing 52 mins on back to back night.

It was a bad call that favor against the Lakers, but "shxt happens", what can you do? It's the ref that made the bad calls, not the Lakers.

I think his point was that Kobe still had decent production despite his poor play at times, and his poor shooting. These days, people look at fg% and if its below 50% in a game, then you didn't have a good game, and if its below 40% you had a negative impact on your team. Its not good logic. Kobe had a below average game, you can even say poor, but he did things out there that did help his team win. He made good passes to key 3point shots, and layups, and he hit the boards usually as well as a guard could. Its why teams like San Antonio can shoot 33% against a good team and win, FG% isn't everything in a basketball game.

BTW Odom should be the player of the game, 23 points, 21 rebs, 5 assists and 5 blocks.

(of course someone will say zebra is POTG)
