I can't see why they'd get rid of Mo, but even if they do someone's gotta replace him. The bucks might luck out and get Rose in the draft, but otherwise I think Mo stays put.
There are major questions as to whether Mo Williams can be an effective starting PG in the NBA. Plenty of people around the league still think he might be best as a sixth man or even as a SG (though I think his lack of size there would be a major issue). He's a poor defender and his primary focus offensively is to look for his own shot. He often does a poor job of running the offense with everything becoming stagnant as he freezes out teammates while trying to get his own offense going. Based on the comments from new GM John Hammond, Mo's game does not appear to fit with the type of PG play he wants. And Hammond has said it's his belief your team's success begins with the PG position. That Hammond has not uttered a single word of praise with regard to Mo so far (he has praised Bogut and Yi as well as Redd, for example) speaks volumes in my opinion about Mo's future with the team.
