You've got to be kidding. He's had about 10 this series alone. He's the classic flopper in the taking charges sense. In game 1 he actually fell down anticipating the contact before anyone touched him. Battier flops like a fish.

Flopping is so pathetic in this series and we have seen some more of that from the Rockets than usual. Some were called and others were ignored. And as a Rockets fan I hate watching it because thats not what we are about. But if the refs are calling it on us, then we might as well try to take advantage of it at some points. The SAD thing is though how much Utah has mastered the art. It seems at some points of the game they do it strategically in attempt to alter the game. Thats weak! Play the game the way its suppose to be played. Its funny because you dont even see it half the time because your accustomed to watching that type of play on a nightly basis for the past 20+ year !!!! Thats from as far back as I can remember because im just turning 24 myself.
Look, I'll admit there has been the Rockets share of flopping this series, but all we are doing is adjusting to the way the Jazz play. You have to do that when Utah is one of the most difficult teams to officiate against. The Jazz have been playing that way forever now. Battier finished 3rd in DPOY voting and just 3 votes short of 2nd. He is a hard nose defender who isnt scared to put his body on the line. That is why he draws the charges that he does. Thats how he built his rep. Anybody who watches him would know that. He was the same way in Memphis. Yeah hes flopped here and there but if the refs are gonna call it then it might as well go both ways right? But that definatley isnt Battiers game.
