Bosh's build allows him to be quick, and his game is all about facing up and beating his man with quickness on the offensive end.

Oliver Miller has been retired for a couple years, but he was in some pretty terrible shape

It's a misconception that building up muscle mass slows someone down. Take a look at track athletes for example - they are extremely built and it only helps their quickness not hurt it.

Nobody thinks building muscle mass slows someone top speed down- it usually increases top speed if correct training is done. But it greatly reduces acceleration and stamina, as well.

Edited for spelling.

Anyone remember Michael "I need another Twinkie" Sweetney? I saw him come off the bench for the Bulls last season and died with laughter.

Corey Brewer is a stick though.

Chris Quinn strikes fear in the eyes of no one unless he's wide open from three.

Shaun Livingston. He'd need to abuse roids just to start looking like Tayshaun.

Shouldn't the worst NBA body be someone who is short for his position and has short arms? That would be someone who basically gets dominated every night.

Correct... that is why it is taboo for boxers to use weight training unless they are going up in weight.
