Oliver Miller has been retired for a couple years, but he was in some pretty terrible shape

Nobody thinks building muscle mass slows someone top speed down- it usually increases top speed if correct training is done. But it greatly reduces acceleration and stamina, as well.

Shouldn't the worst NBA body be someone who is short for his position and has short arms? That would be someone who basically gets dominated every night.

Correct... that is why it is taboo for boxers to use weight training unless they are going up in weight.
