Maybe... Walker's expiring has great value. This would have to be in the summer, since it would be a sign and trade, but:
Denver sends Camby to Charlotte.
Receives Walker (expiring), Buckner and McCants.
MN sends Walker, Buckner and McCants to Denver, future 1st round pick (Miami's, maybe?) to Charlotte.
Receives Okafor (S&T)
Charlotte sends Okafor to MN.
Receives Camby, future 1st from MN.
WHY FOR DENVER - If (big if, I know) Denver thinks Nene can stay healthy for a whole year, this is a salary dump that gets their finances in line plus upgrades their backcourt (Buckner and McCants) without having to move Iverson or Anthony. Denver would have their roster shakeup and wouldn't have to commit big money to JR Smith (McCants could duplicate his numbers in Denver.)
WHY FOR CHARLOTTE - Brown would get a ready-made defensive stopper in Camby. The Bobs' lineup would feature Camby, Jason Richardson, Gerald Wallace and the improving Raymond Felton. One more veteran big (and Nazr Mohammed could be that guy) and that's a playoff team.
WHY FOR MN - Okafor + Al Jeff = nice.
