The NYK signed another PG, you can never have too many PG's I guess,
and I think the Knicks have nearly 10 bad ones. Duhon is a nice pickup.
A legit PG who can play above average D, 6M is too much though, full MLE.
Arenas inked a 100 million dollar contract. I can't remember the last time
a player coming off a nasty injury like that, who was only able to get a few
bad playoff games in last season on one leg no less, was signed that quickly
and that well paid, seemed like a high risk move to me. Will Mitch follow suit,
or have a clearer head re AB17 that provides nearly the same scenario?
Bynum's a-hole agent thinks AB17 should get a max out contract, how many of us
wanted to take that cat behind the woodshed and beat the living shi^ out of him?
Sasha, and Ronnie, were offered extentions as restricted FA, the Lakers have the right
to match, that's the only reason clubs aren't coming hard for these guys if they were
unrestricted they'd be getting a lot more interest. Restricted has GM's thinking the Lakers
will match any offer to keep the two. However, I think Sasha is gone: He was looking for
more $ and a bigger role, Mitch signed Joe Crawford a 6-4 SG scorer in the draft, now
Mitch is supposedly interested in Brent Barry, another SG off the bench...All signs point to
Sasha's and his Lisa Estrada headband walking away if you ask me.
It sure will be fun watching TEAM USA pawn the Euro's, finally TEAM USA has a near
perfect ball club. Finally I love the player mix, plus my favorite college coach K is in charge.
D12's back injury is a concern, but they still got enough to bring home the trophy.
I think Cleveland is going to forced to trade LBJ prematurely. He's gone anyway,
why not get what you can now for him? It's going to be the #1 story all next year.
It's going to be an annoying story as much as they are going to talk about it,
NJN (Brooklyn) or the NYK? Will anyone else be able to wine and dine him cap wise?
I think he's getting the MVP next year, it's gonna be all about LBJ next year. Now that
Kobe got his I can care less about the damn award anymore. LBJ is the strongest most
atheltic guard in the league, everything is so easy and effortless, he looked even better
than he did last season. Cleveland will feel the pressure and they'll bite the bullet and
ship him out for the sexiest package deal.
However, he's not winning the ultimate prize however, the LOB, that will be in KB24's
hands at this time next year.
Lastly, Mitch sign somebody already, and no Euro's either, either they can't play D
worth a damn, or they think they are better than they really are and want the huge
coin to match.
