I think a rivalry has to go both ways, so I won't count Orlando or Utah since Utah doesn't care about us and we really don't care about Orlando... those psychological obstacles are one-sided.
I agree with everything you just said. I also think that the Pistons respected Mike Brown as a coach since he got that lackluster teams pretty far in the playoffs using LeBron James, defense and rebounding.
Speaking of one-sided rivalries, that is how I feel about the Wizards. Why should I consider them a rivalry? Because a lot of their fans showed no class? I can't really blame them since they probably reached a boiling point after all those years in a row.
I definitely see Detroit as Cleveland's biggest rival, and I love that rivalry.
