Dropped under $7 here too if you account for USD getting stronger. If you don't account for currency swings, the drop wasn't that big.

USD getting stronger is good for us because of our oil exports. Compared to Norwegian currency the dollar is now back up to over 7 NOK per USD compared to 4.8 earlier this summer. Pretty big bounce back.

That probably isn't going to last. With all the money the Fed is printing, I don't see how the dollar isn't going to take a big hit next year. From everything I've heard and read, 2009 is going to be the real litmus test for us once we really start to feel the effects of all the damage we've incurred.

He is overreacting man. It's been like this since I was 12. I grew up with successful sisters and an educated family. It was my first test and I took it without studying or ish. So a 1500 with no preparation is ehh man...

Why do I have to be born into a family that has always had and will forever have high expectations? He compared to his colleague's son who scored a 2180 and he goes to Stuyvesant. It's inner-city youth vs. city youth. It's a lose-lose situation.

Yeah man you already know how it is Kno. Parents these days.

Making a big deal out of nothing. On my first SAT I scored like a 1350 or something.

Ended up raising it up to a 1670, which was good enough to get me into all teh UCs I applied to.

On that note, I feel like sharing that MY WEIGHT GAME IS GETTING RIDICULOUS BOYYYYY!!

I'm squatting 275 and deadlifting 225 Tony and Phil!!!

I'm getting ready for indoor season and the championship medals around my neck that will be coming!!

**PS how can I increase my bench by 30 months in a month guys???

Wow man, that's kick ass.

I do about the same as you on the deadlift but I what you're doing is wayyy more impressive than what I think I'm doing.

I'm going to start adding some of your regimen into my own, so watch out!

Hm, getting bigger? If you're like me, you just have to eat more (but smarter).

Phil_2.0 is probably your go-to-guy for this info.

I would checkout bb.com or something to see what's right.

But normally... if you increase your protein intake and maintain a decent amount of complex carbs you'll be fine.

And as long as you workout, you'll shed and gain weight.

I'm sure you drink a lot of water already, but I'm going to remind you anyways.

hahahaha and it looks like the days of the 1600/1600 are gone.

When you said 1500 I was pretty impressed.

But you should do fine man, as long as you want it. :)

Oh, and one more thing... if you're going to be training... for real, of course... DONT bust too many almonds/cashews/walnuts with your lady friends.

To modify a quote by Mickey from Rocky, ["stay away from hos - you need your legs"]

Btw, if things get too stressful, holla at cha boy and lets make a few trades.

I could use a few of your starters and I can tempt you with my bench warmers.

You know how appealing (Stackhouse, Big Ben, Haslem = KG, AI, JO) is.

I'll throw in a cigar of your choice if you're serious.

Don't worry, milesfides is going to be paying b/c he doesn't need real money atm.

(But he'll be back! he's only imaginary hung-over atm!)

Ok, I think I should of just sent you an email instead.

Silly me.

1/3 chance this post gets deleted.

Werd man you already know what it is about playa. I need them legs for my sprints. A boxer I ball with at the park told me about how he can't **** when he is training for a match. 168 and more mass on the way. I will continue adding numbers to my squat and dead and hopefully that'll lead to a bigger bench. Bench isn't as important as the squat and the dead for sprinters but it's probably the best compound upper body exercise out there. So anything to save me time and get outta the gym quicker is all ears for me. I only bench 145 and I am 20 lbs more than my bench, so it isn't that impressive.

Here's the plan I am following:
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/dennis1.htm#5

I changed some workouts and removed some workouts so I can be economical and save time as well as not being redundant with the workouts. I just finished the 4-week size phase and going on to the6-week now and mixing that in with my track work.

Btw Phil, Tony, Verb, or anyone who can answer me, we all know that all supps out in the market is just BS. How's this supp stack of mine that I will invest seem to you?

Multi (switching from AnimalPak to ON OptiMen)
Protein Blend (switching from MuscleMilk to ON NitroCore)
Dextrose (add 40g to my postworkout shake and 20g to my preworkout shake)
Fish Oil
ZMA (few athletes I know recommended that I take this before bed to stay anabolic)

Good? Bad? YA DIGGG?!

Ayo Verb you know I got you but this year I wanna win some playa. If things ain't goin my way come deadline, we'll talk trades.

Nah my girls in Dallas. If you're ever out in Boston I'll be happy to show ya around. I probably wont be here much longer though (I'll hopefully be either back to LA or maybe even NYC after around March-ish).

Oh cool, it looks like you got two perfect destinations. (if you're into big cities that is)

Weird story Sed- I thought of you when I had a "chashaobao", lmao.

I usually don't like that stuff for some reason b/c I put it in a grill and it came out crispy and just right. :o

Good stuff.

Thanks for the offer, and it's good to see you again man.
