Dallas accepts this deal, we remove some major expirings from our roster but grab an exciting you SG to work with our new young look roster. Ridnour should also be a nice backup PG. Battie's experience will be great for the young bigs here.

As you can see the math works for all.
Dallas accepts this deal. We lose a very capable PG, but move him for future trade assets. Nazr has a long term deal and compensated by the second round pick additions. However he is a capable backup C who holds value.
I'm pretty sure both Gomes and JR are BYC, but the math works out with that too:

Either way Minny accepts both deal simultaneously (meaning both need to go through for me to accept either one - I'm pretty sure I'm able to do that)
Minny feels JR is a great compliment to Deng on the wing- as we now have an inside-outside game. Pietrus brings another defensive presence on the wing and a backup to Deng. Tinsley gives Minny a third pg after the loss of Ridnour.
