It's like some of my tennis buddies who think they could take advantage of Andy Roddick's bad volley's LMAO. If you played Scal one on one not only would he own you but it would feel like he was playing a different game then you.. <g>
Remember, the most talented individuals definitely do not always make it to the NBA. The NBA has a huge need for role players, so often very talented players who are mainly scorers get left out.
While I don't know if anyone on this board could take Scal (my guess would be not) I have no doubt that a good amount of D1 NCAA players could take him 1-on-1, especially faster/more athletic players who might be shorter but could get around him. 1-on-1 skills however do not translate to NBA skills.
