remember game 5 2006 vs the spurs? he had to use 6 players on that game and the team just got tired at the 4th quarter. if he was only willing to give the other players a chance during the season, he could have use them that time...now dont tell me that who would have expected that diaw and amare will be suspended? a great coach should always be ready and should have expected all the worst thing. hell, the spurs even plays bonner during the regular season, why? you'l never know they might need him in the playoffs.
2008, hill forced to play not 100 percent during the regular season, what happened during the playoffs? damn, he was always a key beating the spurs last season.

I'd think so, as opposed to a system that maximizes the majority or your roster's deficiencies...a la Porter.
