I think Marion would find more opportunities to score within Jazz offense and he frees up cap space as I mentioned.
Okur causes positive mismatches and negative mismatches. His inability to play help defense or return from the picknroll defense keeps the Jazz from being equal to Boston and Lakers. The Jazz can run the offense without Okur, it's pretty obvious.
