Pretty solid considering that we have won no championships and he said that relocation was a major penalty (100 points in his system). Ahead of some other franchises that have won multiple Championships like Detroit.

We got a penalty for that? That is kind of lame.

I am a little surprised that we are behind the Suns but not too much.

Penalty for relocation? That doesn't make any sense to me.

The relocation penalty makes sense, since this is a ranking based on the various franchises' all time history. I do think there should be more of a sliding scale however. A franchise that relocated to much greater success (ie the Jazz or the Lakers) should be penalized much less than one that is very recent or has been a bad move (ie Detroit or Memphis)

I'd trade the 7th place for a championship. Thats all I want.
