One rule, be realistic. LeBron is not coming to Phoenix.
Preface: Stoudemire needs to seriously step up his game this year in order to earn the contract that will see him walk from the Suns. Still, it would be easy to say Stoudemire stays with us, so I'm going to assume he walks to the Heat or Bulls after the season is over.
End of 2009/2010 Roster:
PG - Nash / Dragic
SG - Richardson / Barbosa / Tucker
SF - Hill / Dudley
PF - Stoudemire / Amundson / Clark
C - Frye / Lopez / Collins
Inter-team Moves:
Resign Amundson & hope Grant picks up his Player option. Frye is a bit trickier, he could just as soon pull a Tim Thomas and bolt. He has a player option and, for the sake of this exercise, i'm going to assume we reward him with a contract extension to take effect after he picks up the player option.
Extra-team Moves:
Three-way Trade (PHX, NO, NY)
Phoenix Sends:
Richardson, Barbosa, Lopez
Phoenix Receives:
West, Lee
New Orleans Sends:
West, Peterson
New Orleans Receives:
Richardson, Chandler
New York Sends:
S&T Lee, Chandler
New York Receives:
Barbosa, Peterson, Lopez
Sign Joe Johnson* to a healthy (max?) contract.
Sign Kyle Korver to the MLE.
Sign Fransisco Elson to the Bi-An.
Start of 2010/2011 Roster:
PG - Nash / Dragic
SG - Johnson* / Korver
SF - Hill / Dudley
PF - West / Amundson / Clark
C - Lee / Frye / Elson
*Obviously, if it were possible to somehow entice Wade to sign in Phoenix instead of Johnson...

I think Wade would love to play with a crew like that.
The varibale in my system is the SG position. You could bring in someone like John Salmons and then add more depth to your bench. But this is fantasy and in fantasy we don't have to be as practical... and in this scenario, you could offer the Max to a SG (Wade?). Also, I don't know if you could get Mike Miller for the MLE, but I'd love to see him here as well (in place of Korver).
