Utah has repeatedly owned us in the regular season for the past few years.
Dallas(IMO) is the 2nd best team in the West now with Haywood and Butler.

Why not the Spurs ? The Suns could beat them this year once and for all, none of their front court can contain Amare, the Suns bench can expose San Antonio. The sentimental victory alone could boost the moral of the Suns...and make a 2nd round pretty interesting.

Mental advantage goes to San Antonio which somehow always finds it's way onto the court and prevents us from winning. Believe me, we've been the better team on paper every year but we can't beat them because they execute their offense so well their coach always outsmarts us and we make dumb mistakes. Just say no to San Antonio in the playoffs

That's how I felt when I thought we had a title-contending team. But since this is realistically NOT a title contending team, I'll take whatever advantageous matchups we can get.

Because Popovich owns our asses. He lets Amare dominate and takes everyone else off their game. Plus they're clutch as hell in May.

Great point Qwiggz. It doesnt seem everyone realizes how close the Suns are to getting into 3rd and with the home heavy march schedule, it is attainable. Thats my hope because it means no Lakers until the WCF at the earliest. As for who the Suns play, I'd like to see the Blazers, OKC or the Nuggs.
