Are you suggesting we miss the playoffs entirely?

Denver would be tough b/c Chauncey would exploit Nash and we can't guard Carmelo.
Utah has repeatedly owned us in the regular season for the past few years.
Dallas(IMO) is the 2nd best team in the West now with Haywood and Butler.
LA is LA.
Meh....Denver I guess.

Why not the Spurs ? The Suns could beat them this year once and for all, none of their front court can contain Amare, the Suns bench can expose San Antonio. The sentimental victory alone could boost the moral of the Suns...and make a 2nd round pretty interesting.

If the Suns are going to win a championship, I wan't to go through the toughest mofos out there.
I don't want any excuses from anyone. I don't want even a hint of an implied asterisk next to our teams banner once they hang that first one in the rafters.
Give me San An in the first round, DAL in the 2nd, LAL in the Western Conf. Finals and the Cavs in the Finals.

I dont see that happening. I see us getting the 4 or 5 seed.
