Really like watching Cecil. He has some good stuff. Like you said I don't know why he wasn't in the rotation at the beginning of this season. He finished strong last year and had a solid spring training.

He sliced his finger, and as a result was a little behind the curve in Spring Training. As such, they decided to send him to AAA as a pressure-free way to get into the swing of things, with the expectation that he'd be the first guy up, IIRC.
