I too, worry a little about his durability - but the article states that the surgery would only put him on the shelf for a couple of weeks. He could easily go in and have it done after the season and still be in fine form for training camp. It's a good sign that he's willing to play through pain in order to help the team win when it matters - everyone just has to hope that nothing happens to aggravate it further and make it into something more serious.
Anyone here have any insight into the medical end of meniscus tears and getting a minor scope done? It seems he has tried to let it heal through rest thus far, but a surgery could be a more permanent repair now that it has been damaged further?
