Wizards bigs - Blatche, McGee (skinnier than Hollins), Oberto, Thornton (a PF in a SF body) .....
76ers bigs - Dalembert (expiring), Speights, Brand (over-the-hill in age, game, and contract), Jason Smith....
Nets bigs - Lopez, Yi, Boone, Battie....

I could see every one of those teams going big over small if Cousins performs well in workouts and, maybe most importantly, in the interview room.

I don't think Turner falls, but teams do fall in love with size. Multiple 1st overall pick winner the Clippers took Olawakandi (which should prevent you from winning the lottery again). Can't see it happening. Even if you try to rationalize it Philadelphia has more money, talent and I guess time invested in those big positions then they do on the wing. While Turner doesn't exactly fit a need he's clearly the BPA and not worth completely passing on. If they give him up it's through trade.
