free agents. They don't need cap space next season but now and that first round
pick has to be accounted for.
I liked the deal with just Koufos and Hinrich coming to Portland with an exchange
of first round picks. They could have Portland's second round pick (#44) if that
helps for its not likely most second round picks could make Portland's roster.
I don't think I'll dump our first round pick. We still gotta pick somebody out there to fill our bench, especially in the SG position.
To any extent, Hinrich and Webster is about the same, and Deng for AK is not really that attractive for us.

I'd disagree about AK not being attractive (especially from a long term perspective - this deal could set up Chicago to add another big name next year, IIRC), but that might just be me.
Is there any reasonable sweetener any of the teams could provide?

This should be interesting RTM.

I feel like JJ is our best option at starting PF next season.
Daye, I would also like to keep. He was considered a bit of a project when we picked him last year at #15, so his lack of numbers his season isn't that big of a deal to me. I still have some hope for him.
I'd be willing to include Summers, if he interests you at all.
