I'm getting kind of worried that George won't be there at #16(I think it's basically given he won't be), and I'm wondering if the Clippers are thinking about him at 8, I'm hoping that they like Henry more then George.

These are the kinds of deals I suggested a while back but I didn't get much response. Pretty much, we have a lot of picks, it's a deep draft, we probably shouldn't be adding 3 1st rounders to our team, so let's package them to move up. I realize that this rarely happens but being that it's such a deep draft, there are teams who would for sure take our 23 and 16 for their (higher)pick. I don't really care if there are "decent" players at 23 and 16. Quality over quantity. We don't need a bunch more fringe starters on our team. If these kinds of deals are available Kahn had better pull the dang trigger.

exactly. We don't need players who may be good, we need guys who may be superstars and there's a better chance of getting one at 10 then at 16(George may be one, but he won't be there at 16 if he keeps impressing.)

Then move Jefferson, #10 to Philly for Brand, #2

I think we gotta give up on the idea of grabbing the #2.

How about this wacky idea?

#16 + #23 for #10
Same ol Al for Prince + #7
Then Prince + #10 for Iggy.

Is that doable?

I was thinking the same thing myself earlier. Great minds think alike, but you call that a wacky idea? I'm bored, so I'm just going to trade everybody. I can't quite figure out where to ship Ellington though.

I think trading #16 and #23 for #10 would be silly. Players will drop, and we could survive having three rookies on the team.

People are putting too many eggs in the George basket. This is a good, deep draft and there will be talent available at both #16 and #23.
"A while back,'' Cardinal said, "I took a picture of the standings and texted it to Love, just to bust his chops,'' Cardinal said. "He sent me a picture back of a snowdrift.''

I don't think the team stays at 4, 16 and 23 though. What I'd hope is they trade up from 23 with something like Pekovic to end up with a Cousins, Henry and Babbitt/James/Hayward draft
