Don't believe the spin, or Kerr's sudden desire to be with his family. He had the perfect setup in Phoenix. He was actively negotiating an extension, and publicly thanking Gentry for making it all happen. And he's not the type to pass up shots at winning an NBA championship. Just ask Michael Jordan.

Or people can do something that would actually change anything, petitions are, for the most part, completely useless. Fans can stop going to games at US Airways Center. A half-season or so of half-filled arenas will make owning the Suns look like a pretty bad business for someone like $arver. He'll jump ship and people can start going back to games with an owner that actually cares about something besides that extra cash in his gigantic pocket.
