You didn't need to put this in two threads. You also can't quote that much of an article.
I apoogize, thought it was pretty interesting.

Jordan never fully understood basketball. He had the lowest basketball IQ of any NBA "superstar" in history.

Must....not....read too much....into this.
Although I do like the second part of the reason. I'm trying to understand how the mere presence of Alonzo Mourning would force a charity event to be canceled. Like Alonzo shows up to Make-a-Wish foundation events and pulls the plug on everything and forces everyone to go home.

@Chris_Broussard: Raptors have told Cavs they would do a sign-and-trade with them for Bosh. Cavs and LeBron working to convince Bosh to join them in Cleveland 5 minutes ago via web

I'm ready to punch Bosh in the face. This has nothing to do with be being a Bulls fan.
I just feel that Bosh has come off as the single most whiny player in the NBA.
If I understand this correctly....
He wants max money....and not a penny less...(so he wants to be S&T'd)...
He wants to play next to either Bron or Wade....
He wants to go to a big market where he can expand his brand...
He wants to play on a contending team...
It just seems like he wants someone else to do all of the heavy lifting while he cashes in on the glory. I am shocked that Bron and Wade have not yet told Bosh to go f*ck himself.
Bosh could end all of this by taking a 5 year deal with Miami....but he wants his money too much.

Fair, but in all honesty, he has the leverage right now.
He is the best player to put next to a superstar on the market, and he is also the youngest (maybe David Lee is younger, but it's close).
Also, he's a PF who doesn't need to dominate the ball every possession, which makes him fit in better with either.
Lebron/Wade both likely realize that he's the best sidekick available, and he is exploiting that to make sure he gets the max.
I also think he wants to exert some of his will on the negotiations so it doesn't look like he is just a tag along (Remember, he's a centerpiece). Going to Cleveland or Miami makes him look more like a tag-along, going to Chicago shows that he flexed his muscle in the negotiation process.
EDIT: In my opinion, if Wade or Lebron had said Chicago was fine.. We would already have Bosh+1 of them. Unfortunately, everyone is playing the game to see who breaks first.

That would be an epic rivalry.

It really would.

- Bosh needs a S&T to agree to go to a team
- Toronto isn't too thrilled with anything the Bulls have to offer (other than Noah)
It seems that securing Bosh would go a LONG way in getting the next pin to fall (Wade or Lebron)
Soooo.....what are some 3 team trade options? Let's get creative, who has a need for Deng that has something that Toronto would want? What the heck DOES Toronto want? (realistically!!)

you're misunderstanding how it works, Toronto isn't thrilled with what Chicago, Cleveland, Miami nor Houston have to offer. It makes no difference, they will take trade exception and picks, problem with Cleveland they have no trade exception and they don't have as many picks, hence Toronto may balk at taking contracts back. No downside in Chi, Miami, potential Toronto block if Bosh decides on Cleveland
