Last night during ESPN’s pre-game show ESPN analyst Chris Broussard reported that Philadelphia 76ers wing player Andre Iguodala asked Sixers management to trade him. Broussard stated that the Sixers and Bulls were in preliminary talks to swap Iguodala for Luol Deng.
Andre Iguodala may want to leave the Sixers because of a diminished role on the team. Evan Turner is 2010’s number 2 overall pick and sooner rather than later the keys are going to be turned over to college basketball’s Player of the Year. Iguodala may see the writing on the wall.
I feel like there must be a thread about this already and I'm just not seeing it (looked multiple times).
What would you guys trade for him? Brewer+picks+cap space?
* Now I saw this on the general board. Maybe it's just damage control. How many times did we hear Melo and Paul have not requested a trade over the summer?

Figured I'd put it in large font so everyone could see it.
http://www.philly.com/philly/blogs/deep ... trade.htmlOn Wednesday, ESPN mentioned on a pre-show broadcast that 76ers swingman Andre Iguodala has asked Sixers' management to trade him. That statement, along with some circulating second and third-hand rumors, created a small amount of buzz that Iguodala wants out of Philly.
That is untrue. Iguodala has not requested a trade, nor has he told management he'd like to be traded if the Sixers aren't winning by midseason. Iguodala has not approached management with any trade request. According to a source, the "news" came from a statement Iguodala made -- saying he'd like to play for a winning team -- that was then taken out of context and morphed into the logical next step: well, if Philly isn't winning, then Iguodala wants out.
Again, Iguodala has not made any request of Sixers' management and has not requested a trade.
