Let the drama begin. It si going to be more difficult to trade him now and get something "decent" in return. This might prompt JT to retire as well but it is sounding more and more like he played his last game as Dolphin.
"I know that Jason is not going to be at any OTAs,'' Sparano said of the organized team activities. "I know that Jason will not be at any minicamps. I know that right now Jason is not going to be at training camp.

I can udnerstand Parcells point of view. Yes these are voluntary workouts during a player's time off but the fact is that Parcells was hired to change this franchise from the dirty hole it's been for the past 10 years. Parcells is trying to change the culture in Miami by bringing in hard working players etc and the one player that should've been on his side is doing the exact opposite, everything else BUT football.
Even then, he should've showed up today to the OTA as a sign of good faith but instead chose to go do interviews around the country?
I was ok with JT doing what was best for him but it clear that the Dolphins and what is going on here are NOT his priority. I doubt football is a priority to him right now, period. This makes all the rumors about him demanding a trade more credible.
Bottom line is that both Parcells and JT were trying to see who would break first and now that DWS is over, the Dolphins made the first move. Let's see what happens next in this soap opera in which Jason Taylor is starring. Soap Opera Sundays instead of Sunday Football
