PewterReport.com is reporting that Buccaneers tight end Jerramy Stevens likely will be suspended for two games in the 2008 season. The suspension is a result of punishment for the same incident -- a DUI arrest and conviction -- that prompted the NFL to suspend Stevens for the Bucs' 2007 regular season game against the Atlanta Falcons on Dec. 16.
Stevens likely will miss Tampa Bay's first two regular season games of the year, at New Orleans on Sept. 7, and the home opener against Atlanta on Sept. 14.
Stevens decided to serve the first game of the suspension last year. The NFL had handed down a longer suspension and Stevens chose to serve one game, and appeal the remaining games.

Sexually assaulted a girl and got away with it since he was important to the college football team, got away with leaving the scene of an accident, involved in another hit and run (in this one he slammed into a retirement home wall which caused a dresser to fall on a 92 year old woman who was sleeping, idno if she died, but it sounds like it), for that he got a suspended sentence on the condition he stayed out of trouble, got caught drunk driving twice, then two more times without a license, got another DUI (which should have violated his probation but no one "flagged the case")
The three drunk driving, and two other times he was caught driving without a license, all happened after he entered the NFL.
The guy even lies about having a college degree (when he was with the seahawks in the media guide).
Hes now been suspended for a total of 3 games throught his NFL career with the addition of these two.
Isnt it great how Goodell treats every player the same on suspensions?
