This will be a close game.

I guess. The Falcons have only lost twice at home since Ryan took over at QB.

I'm not saying it's a lock, but if I wasn't a Packer fan I'd definitely put money on them beating us by 3 or more. If it moves up to 3.5 or whatever, then I wouldn't put any money down.

This is why I dont go into other teams forums. It just too infuriating. Do yourself a favour. Stay away. That way you'll avoid yourself the minor annoyance.

The support goes both ways, Rodgers has been at about half a dozen Bucks games this year and not just marquee ones. And if you missed it he was wearing a Bucks hat during his sit down with Pam Oliver that they aired in pre game:

Well, we've already proven we can beat them there (we do beat them there if we get one more yard and don't fumble), so I think that is as relevant as their home record. I also think the fact that our D is playing this well and we haven't trailed by more than a TD all season is very relevant to a discussion on point spread. I'm guessing it will be a low scoring game in the high teens/low 20's.

I think it's safe to say that the odds are in the favor of the Falcons beating us by 3 or more.

If you disagree I don't think you are being honest with yourself.

Yeah, Turner abused us that first game. We need to keep him under control.

I think we hold Turner down more than last matchup. Getting Jenkins back is going to help our run D, which was slipping late in the year. Held McCoy to 3.8 YPC yesterday (5.3 YPC on season).

Gonzalez scares me more than any of their other players, to be honest. We haven't been good at covering TE (Celek was open quite a bit yesterday, Vick missed on a couple).

Yeah, this A-Rod as Bucks fan thing is pretty cool.

This might force some of those local TV/media/sports radio guys (other than WSSP) to actually attend some games.

That's a good point, TE and the middle of the field certainly hasn't been our strong suit. Looking back at the box score against ATL, Gonzalez led their team in receptions and yards, so I wouldn't be surprised if he played a big role on Saturday. With Shields strong play maybe that will allow Woodson to be matched up on Gonzalez more?

I don't follow the packers for a long long time, but perhaps i'm used to the NBA reality, but Rodgers seems like the ultimate class act to the Packers and state sport in general.

Rodgers is very much a class act, you are right about that Pedro.

The feeling goes the other way, too.

From Jennings' twitter:

Hopefully Greinke gets in on the act soon. :D

Rodgers is pretty much the ideal player to have at QB. He's awesome. :D

It's great going from pretty much the biggest sports figure since Jordan (Favre) to Rodgers who is also pretty popular and an overall good guy.

I don't think you could really ask for two better players to put at QB in a row. It's like Montana and Young all over again.

I just don't get this line of thinking. We didn't prove we can beat them in Atlanta because we DIDN'T beat them in Atlanta. It's like Eagles fans saying 'Oh well if Akers does so and so, we win the game. The Packers didn't beat us, we're better than them.'

Fact of the matter is, you need to make certain plays in certain situations, and we didn't get it done. It worries me that we weren't able to put the game away last night when we had the opportunity. Instead we gave Vick a shot at beating us and he, luckily, made a poor decision on 1st and 10.

Matt Ryan doesn't scare me as much as Michael Turner and their run defense. If we're not able to move the ball on the ground in this game, we're not going to win.
