I gained 10 Lbs over the holidays, ughh. Good thing is I am converting a spare bedroom into a home gym. I have a membership to a gym but I would like to workout once in awhile when watching Bucks games or other TV shows and at least be productive while watching TV. I ripped out my carpet a few days ago. I am going to install some of our rubber flooring in the room next week while filming an installation video for our rubber flooring website. I am also going to buy this bad boy I think:

Do any of you use any adjustable dumbbells btw? I have some powerblocks at my place in WI but am wondering if there is anything else I should try.
I will finish the room off with a wall mounted flat screen, some new blinds, a new ceiling fan, some mirrors on the wall, maybe a few portable
foam mats from our new site. And that's about it. I am excited to get it going. Maybe I will post some before and after pics when I get it all done.
My goal is to lose about 15 Lbs in total or if I gain some muscle weight, get down to under 10% body fat at least according to my Tanita body fat scale. Anyone else use those too? I love them and definitely recommend them.
