In recent games I've seen McRoberts take it to Carlos Boozer and Hansbrough take it to David Lee. Pacers owe it to themselves to see if these two can do this on a regular basis.
Prime example of what not to do imo would be to bring in Carl Landry. For one I think both Hansbrough and McRoberts have the potential to be as good as Landry. Secondly, you could give Landry minutes for the rest of the season (at the expense of either or both Hansbrough and McRoberts) and then lose him (Landry) at the end of the season.
McRoberts has been the only young player this year that has actually known when he was going to play and what his role was for the most part. He started the first 29 or 30 games and he didnt play that well. I dont think he will be with the Pacers next year either way ( unless Tyler is beastly the rest of the year then he may be the backup ) so if you can package him in a deal to get a backup Center or Iggy then I say do it.
I personally dont see the potential that other people see. Teams have to pretty much forget about him for him to make an impact.
Boozer is a terrible defender by the way. Lee may be a bit better but he isnt that great either.
