Carlisle really needs to tweak this rotation. It's hurt us in all of the last 5 games, we can pull it off against the Timberwolves but not the Lakers.
Rick should have played Mahinmi instead of Cardinal for his inside game. But he likes Cardinal because he does things like foul players really hard like Matt Barnes. Did you see Cardinal's line?
3 points, 0 rebounds, 1 block, and 3 fouls in 16 minutes.
Mahimni's been garbage lately, or pretty much every time he's played against a decent center. I wanted to give him a shot at PF early in the season, but it would've had to have happened a long time ago. I'd rather play Peja at PF at this point.
I thought Brewer played pretty well, he wasn't locking down on defense or anything, but he was definitely making good things happen. And going 1/2 on 3s was fine. It's frustrating that Carlisle went with the guy who wouldn't f*ck up, but he f*cked up anyway, and stayed in the game. But Cardinal isn't what lost us the game.
If Barea and Roddy didn't go out there and take dumps on the court, we'd have done much better.
