I still think Biyombo is the better prospect. Of course this is just my speculation... I really want more news/videos...etc. to get a better idea.
Unless Kanter has injury issue, otherwise, Kanter should be the better player.
Kanter is more rounded, he has game in different aspect, which helps your teammates a lot.
As much as Ben Wallace can do, he needs much better offense surrounding him, and not every system fits his style of play (Chicago/Cleveland). So Kanter should be the better player if he measure out with some C attributes.
Ben Wallace needed the most pedestrian cast of teammates to win a championship in NBA history.
Woah! Let's not go overboard here. Detroit may not have had a superduper star ala Kobe/Durant/LBJ but they had 5 all-stars in that starting lineup.
Detroit may not have gone the 2 superstar route but they went the 5 all-star route which is no joke.
"pedestrian cast of teammates" is far from the way those Pistons were. More like a "starting lineup full of all-stars cast of teammates".
Put it this way, when you have Billups, Prince, Wallace and Sheed all defending it makes everyone's job that much easier. Hell, you add a defenive minded coach in Larry Brown to that and you have the makings of a very very good defense.
