good win, much needed win... maybe if girardi rescues burnett last night in that 6th inning we win that game....

Robertson was the key to this win...

I'm reading every response and I fail to see how Tex is singled out.

Pretty much the WHOLE line up has been lousy
for the better part of 3 weeks going back to the series against Detroit. Most of the responses are panic over a team struggling. We're not used to the Yanks struggling...sorry but it's true.

Tonight, was a perfect example of Yanks living off of home runs, which puts a lot more pressure on guys like Granderson, Cano, A-Rod, and Teixiera to get the big hits. When those guys don't hit, it's easy to see what happens. Posada even got a couple hits in as well.

Yanks don't need a total makeover. They need 1-2 modest bats to fill out the bottom and give rest to the guys at the top.

BTW would love to roll back the clock last year to re-read the criticisms on Granderson. Baseball is a unique sport. Requires patience.
