Let's bump this to get on top of mind. Saying in shape this week with some biking runs and home exercises.
Brown bagging it and I think I have a great lunch. I get pita pouches, slice of white cheese, and turkey. Put it in the toaster oven at work for a bit. Seems like it is full of protein, low on calories, and only fat from the cheese. Am I on the right track with that type of lunch?

Most people in the gym are trying to lose weight, so I don't get why you even said "everyone doesn't want to get huge."
This isn't productive though, it's obviously a personal preference thing. If you enjoy working out at home and get results then hey, right on. I just prefer the variety of the gym. And the girls in shorts...the truth comes out.

The whole argument started when I said I prefer to workout out a home. You then asked how people can work out at home. Thus my explanation. I never said people only go to the gym to get huge, I just said I'm not worried about getting huge, thus don't need a ton of heavy weights. You missed understood what we are saying. People who want to get huge NEED the gym. People who want to get in shape don't necessarily need the gym, and there are other ways around it. Yes, the gym may have some machines that would make me more efficient, but the negatives out weigh the positives for me. (I mean, how can you lift when you have a rager after staring at the treadmills full of girls for too long?) I was merely saying the home gym was adequate for me and my goals. We both understood people go to gym for various reasons, but you don't need a gym for a healthy lifestyle.
