Jimmers actually a pretty good PG, he has good passing skills, definetly better than TDouglas

Jimmer averaged 4.3 apg, to put that in comparison, likely #1 pick, Kyrie Irving, also averaged exactly 4.3 apg, and yeah, he was in a weaker conference, but Jimmer had wayy less help on his team

His defense on the other hand is questionable, but he did great on the agility test, so its not like he cant defend, its more wether he has the will to defend..

I wouldnt mind trading up for him, but not at a cost thats too risky..

Keep in mind though that Jimmer also had a much higher usage rate

Dallas , Corey Brewer for fee

Dallas 26

I actually wonder if there is a possibility here. Once could come up with good arguments for all 3...

Source at Knicks workout today said Delroy James played very well, as did Andrew Goudelock. Corey Fisher was also solid.

Goudelock is one of the best shooters in the draft. RIGHT UP THERE with Thompson and Fredette. If we go with a bigger body at 17, we should definitely target him later.

What about Anthony Weiner with our 17th. He's definately got ups and make no bone about it, he could be the third leg in our quest for a championship. Plus he won't go soft on us like some of our guys. He plays hard all the time.

I wanna keep Weiner for a future CP3 deal.

Yup, no other teams are interested in him. Just crazy D'Antoni and the Knicks.

I bet you that Mike D'Antoni created a guy exactly like Jimmer on My Player Mode in 2K11.

I would have moved up to select Steph Curry but Jimmer not so much.

Jimmer is a better scorer coming out of college. Not sure if he's a better PG though.

Is there really much of a difference between the two?

Stephen was mocked pretty low before we started sweatin him, and then he got swiped right in front of us after we hyped him up. He had the same question marks as Jimmer. Stephen tried to prove himself as a PG his junior year, and his assists did rise, but his team didnt even make the NCAAs that year. Jimmer prob could have been more of a PG at BYU, but his team needed him to score, and he got to the Sweet 16 with nobodies. Stephen had his miracle run when he was a full on scorer, not a PG.

Jimmer tested out better than Stephen did athletically too. Hes stronger. I think you put him with Melo and Amare and he will be a pretty good point.

Looking at the poll, I see Klay with more votes than Marshon

When did that happen? Just 2-3 days ago we heard Brooks outplayed Klay in our workout, then he got outplayed again by Brooks in Indy's workout, We know the knock on him is defense, but if another rookie is killing him, what is he gonna do against the DWades, Ray Allens, MGinoblis, Iguodalas etc etc

The only things that Klay is better than Brooks in is passing and shooting, and its not like Brooks shoots like Rondo, he can knock down shots..

Just hope we get Brooks (1a) or Klay(1b). I want dudes who are going to produce and play their true natural position, giving us something we don't have to help us to go to that next level. This is a win now squad. No more under size, out of position fools. We don't have time to waste. So people stop dreaming dudes are going to come in and be the next steve francis(Selby) or the next Dirk(Motie), it ain't happening, not with Stats and Melo on this team.

I hear you.. In 09 I really wanted Steph and would have like to trade up to secure him, not as high on Jimmer.

Are you serious? Off all the things that make up a complete basketball player, ALL the things, hes better at two..

and like I mentioned, as far as shooting..its not like hes terrible, he has a very good shot, just not lights out like Thompson can be...

But take my words however you'd like them...
