If he's working full time and traveling the lawyers for the hotel will probably use that against him in the lawsuit. I'm sure when he recovers from back surgery MJ will welcome him with open arms. If not this season then definitely next. Now if he wins millions in the lawsuit then perhaps he's not so eager to rush back to work...

i didnt think of it that way. im sure his lawyers dont want him jumping up and down on the bench when he is trying to sue for back problems.
