No way we include Landry.

Oh yeah, who are we going to look to for points outside of Melo and Amare? Even if we expect them both to put up 25 a night? Chandler isn't that type of guy...
Fields? TD? Iman? Jefferies?
This team's to thin to complain about a guy that sometimes chucks the ball.. He'd clearly be a offensive threat that this team needs and would be a big boost that is still very much needed.
Great point.
Is that why we were routinely scoring 110 per game with guys like Anthony Carter and Roger Mason playing in games? Please stop. Scoring is the last thing we need. What was the Celtics bench like during their runs? Who was their 6th man? Eddie House? Big baby? They had a solid bench 6 through 10. They had scoring. They had the defensive role players to come in and help off the bench. They had the right mix of scoring and defense. Right now we are fine with scoring. Bring back Shawne Williams and try to get Barea and we'll be fine as a scoring team. Probably even better than before too.
Jamal Crawford needs to take 15 shots to score 15 points. No idea how that actually helps the Knicks.

Crawford is the top Sixth man in the NBA. It is a no brainer.

We would rely on Melo and Amare for 90% of our offense, and if they were out of the game or not clicking, we would fall behind, and lose leads. Crawford is a much needed #3 option offensively, and will give us some much needed fire power. We need someone who can handle the ball, and create his own shot. Douglas had a ton of trouble with getting the ball up the court, and making plays for his teammates. Crawford has great handles, can get up the court with ease, and give us a playmaking presence on the offensive end. Him and Shumpert/FIelds would work great together in the backcourt. I'm all for this. He is a perfect fit right now.

Who exactly do you have confidence can start scoring 15 ppg from that bunch? Getting a 3rd scorer and depth is a necessity. We need Crawford here.

I hear you but look at his shooting percentages. Dude shot 34% from the field (overall) last season. Laughably bad.
