Now I know why Gervinho is still getting games, Arshavin looks worse.

Arshavin is garbage. It's sad that that when looking for a goal, are options are bring on Arshavin and Chamakh. I'd rather see Chamberlain, tbh.

Positives:
We were City's equal on their pitch with Wilshere, Sagna and Santos to come back in.
Szczesny, Vermaelen and Koscielny are legit.

Negatives:
Arshavin is a parody of his former self.
City are miles ahead of us on the table.

Jesus, that's rough.

Sky Sports reporting that Man U is interested in Christian Eriksen from Ajax. Would be a great move for them, imo. He's up near the Gotze, Hazard bracket for young attacking midfielders for me, but can probably be had for at most half of their transfer fees.

Also United reportedly have a accepted bid for Nicolas Gaitan of Benfica.

Yeah, I heard 30 Million pounds for Gaitan, seems like a lot for him.

A couple of sources now dismissing the Gaitan rumours, not sure who to believe really, but I'd rather stay a skeptic. And Meulensteen's trolling again, he talked up Sneijder big time and now Christian Eriksen:

Wow, 8 games is really harsh. John Terry must be worried now.

I can see it reduced to 6 games after appeal, but Carrol starting for Liverpool does not look good.

8 isn't harsh. I suspect JT will get a similar but less severe ban for being an idiot. His was derogatory but arguably not very racist IMO.

It's very harsh...he's not a racist and didn't imply racism. Should've been 0 games.

Serves him good. I don't get why Dalglish is treating like this is a huge injustice. Apparently the match referee corroborated Evra's story to the panel.

8 game ban may be the least of Terry's worries, it's been confirmed he's going to face criminal charges for the Anton Ferdinand incident.
