Another blatant case of Shaq-withdrawal syndrom. Hatred of Shaq. Ha ha
ha, we got him and we're **** HAPPY ABOUT IT!

I'm guessing orlando magics' fans were pissed off

Two.

>Maybe he is MVP if MVP stands for Most Valuable Pitchman.

Last year he scored 30 points per game, while shooting 52% from the
field. He had 6 assists and 6 rebounds per game. And his team had
the best record in the league with 67 wins (that's tied for 3rd best
ever, I believe -- at least 3rd best in the last 25 years). And then
they won the championship.

This season, last time I looked, he had 32ppg, 53% FG, 6 apg, 7 rpg
and his team is still at least in the top three in the league.

So that's not enough for you? Well, maybe next year he'll turn water
into wine. But then you will probably complain that it's not a very
good vintage.

The trolling about Reggie Miller would be legendary im sure...
Once they have that golden shining moment and it comes to them in a dream or whatever and they understand that, that's when this team and this franchise will go to another level from where it was when I was here.

That Google Usernet search thing is great.

Was looking for some old Heat news, and saw this....they already had trolling down to an art form back in '95

September 7, 1995

Deion Sanders annouced today that he will sign a multiyear contract with
the Miami Heat NBA team. Deion was quoted as saying he'd always wanted to
play for Pat Riley, and when Heat Owner Ted Arison threw in the SS
Discovery, The deal was struck. Deion said that while football was his
first love, and baseball was a comfortable mistress, the idea of becoming
a Cruise Ship Magnate was just too appealing. The Discovery gift shops
were being stocked with Neon Deion Cruisewear.

I'm positive this thread would be made over and over in the 94 season: "Jordan overrated? Bulls on track for same record!" / "Are the Bulls better without Jordan?" etc.

"Do the Rockets have a shot?" Answers: "LOL are you trolling, guaranteed 1st round knockout" right before the 95 playoff start

"How many titles will Hakeem and Sampson win?" (options: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6+, majority of votes are for 5+" after Hakeem's draft

"Hakeem is the most overrated player in the league" after he trails off in the early 90s

Etc.
It's going to be a glorious day... I feel my luck could change

If Isiah is so good at performing in the 'clutch' ie the playoffs; why is
it that the only years the Pistons won were the years they had the best record
in the east. It seems to me if IT can raise his game and carry a team they
should have won at least one championship without having the best team (as
proved in the regular season).
You know, I can't recall one series the Pistons won where they didn't have the
better regular season record (ie were the better team). That
Isiah, what a choker he must be.

I was just wondering what other T-Wolves fans thought about the next
draft. IF the Wolves have the chance to take either point guard Allen
Iverson (assuming he comes out) or center Tim Duncan, who should they
take? My roommate and I strongly vote for Iverson. Tim Duncan doesn't
have the aggressiveness to play in the pros.

thread
Jason Kidd--the most overrated player since Danny Ferry?

even from across the world it is easy to see Kevin garnett is not ready
for the nba. Wait till he comes up against shaq throwing it down in his
face. I believe he'll be no better than an nba 12th man for two seasons,
even though he is playing for the t'wolves.

and this is so 2012

Can't come through??? Man, the Jazz are even bigger chokers than the
Spurs! They have 2 players that are top 5 in their position..all time!
And they still haven't done ****. Until I see Malone with a ring, you can
just shut the **** up.
Wake up, girl. I wanna go surfing.

It would have been nice to see Nique get the respect he was due back then since more fans/media would be following him.
