I would do this in a heartbeat. However, we will be short on big men after that trade. I have faith in Otis to sign a back up center though.

I would love to have him here. I'd prefer Ellis, but, Gay is pretty amazing.

So what you are saying is starting Danny Granger over Hedo will not make Orlando much better.......ummmmmm

No. I'd gladly take Granger even if that was our only move. and yes, it would be a major upgrade over Hedo (anyone would), but, I don't think it would be enough to convince Dwight to stay and I don't think it makes us contenders unless we get Nash with him. which I don't see happening. But, if we could get Granger somehow and lets say we keep Anderson and J-Rich, we could possibly acquire Ellis and maybe even Dorell Wright too... obviously we would have to take back Biedrins too... which I don't mind since we need a backup C.

Indiana is THIRD in the East, Why the *&$# would they give us Granger?!

This board is hilarious.

We're 4th in the East (in losses) and we wanna give everybody up... except for Dwight and Liggins of course. especially Liggins, who you'd figure we're gonna build the team around once Dwight retires. :P

Lol. Seriously though, this board will always find a way to persuade themselves that another team needs to give up their best player for our role players (CP3/Iggy/Granger/Monta)... It's ridiculous.

Post these ABSURD trades on the General Board Trade Thread and you'll get burned so bad by every poster from this site.

I think Nash is a real possibility (Unless I've missed something in the last few days I've been away) any news on that?

Being from Greenpoint Brooklyn, living there and frequently visiting...WTF is in Brooklyn?!?! That team is going to be the equivalent of what the Clippers have been for the last few years.

Yea I'm from Brooklyn myself and I can tell Sam Amick has never been here. Barclay's Center and Atlantic Yards is a nice project, and that part of BK is developing nicely but there isn't a single business withing a 2 mile radius of the arena that is going to propel Dwight into international super-stardom. I don't even think there's a single Fortune 500 company in the borough. It's a glorified suburb.

Now there will be plenty of marketing opportunities for him across the bridge, but the Nets have (foolishly) adopted the Brooklyn moniker and are carving out a niche market for themselves as opposed to calling themselves the New York Nets and gobbling up the entire NY demographic. It's just screams B-Team.

I think the better comparison for what the Nets will be is the Anaheim Angels.

who cares about the fans perspective. fans know ****. stop keep pointing it to the fans everytime you think something is not pssible, which is every damn time.

all you do is telling people how ridiculous their ideas are, yet contribute nothing. a big zero. i am not sure why you post here.

i want you to explain why Rockets wanted Gasol.
