Why would he do that? Becuase he chokes (see the first game we had vs Chicago this season), and Joe wasn't that far away Teague had enough time to glance his way, and if he wasn't open then take the shot, it only takes .3 of a second to glance, and if Joe was open or in single coverage then make a pass which takes 1 second and that leaves Joe with around 2.5 to 3 seconds to shoot, and Joe wasn't in the lane btw he was outside the arc
