I won't believe it til I see it. Boston was LBJ closing it out, Chicago it was both of them closing it out, mostly LBJ, but the actual pick and roll... didn't see. Just "k you try to make a tough shot and let's hope it goes in!".

I believe Bosh will go hard at center for the PS and is getting warmup for that mode now. I also believe to see James Jones, Miller and Chalmers just rapid firing threes while we crash the boards more with Haslem Wade Lebron Bosh and Battier. If anything I also believe we are saving our spacing strat for the PS.
1. Herro 2. Bol Bol 3. Seko 4. Bruno
unless we trade up for Barrett or trade down for PJ Washington

Wishful thinking but... NO. What you see is what you get.

It makes me crazy we don't run this at least five times every game. It's free points basically. Or even just a dribble handoff. A dribble handoff with Lebron and Wade is terrifying for most defenses.

Oh well. My version of that hope this season is hoping that in the playoffs when things get tight Lebron will go into the post like he did to start the season, and we'll work our offense out of that. I like when we do that. Makes the ball movement work so much better. Dump it into Lebron. He gets doubled. He swings to Bosh who finds a cutting Wade or takes the open 15 footer. Or Lebron chucks it into a corner for an open 3. Or if no double, Lebron draws a foul or scores. It's just so much more sensical than some of the things we do. I love when we come down and clearly have no clear idea of what we want to attack in a possession and just sort of hope it comes to us before the shot clock runs out. No one on this team unless it's a last possession tie game sort of thing, should be outside the 3 point line pounding the ball for more than 2 seconds without making a decision to pass, drive, or shoot.

Yeah Spoelstra gets no credit at all for the Heat being the second seed, he only gets blame for the losses or slumps.

It does seems like he doesn't want to run his best packages too much so that opposing teams don't see what he has planned, and thus can't plan a solid defense around it. The Big 5 hasn't played too often and I think thats a good idea. I'm sure he has a solid rotation and idea set in place, but he is doing some odd things now to 1. lower minutes and keep people fresh 2. keep the opposing coaches guessing. Look although the bench hasn't been the best lately, they don't really need to score 20-30 a night. When it comes time for the playoffs, its going to be the starters whom ever that might be, and then the Big 5 closing it out.

Although at times I lack faith in what Spo is doing with his rotations, I do think him and Riley have a plan behind all of this madness, or else we wouldn't be in this spot were in right now. I like that everyone is getting plenty of rest (minus LeBron but he's a freak, and wants his MVP). But I think once they lock up the 2nd seed, you'll see more resting for these guys including LeBron. Besides the Bulls and Celtics games, they should treat the rest of the games as if they're just a scrimmage and just run some things they've been working on since they don't have a lot of time for practices. Give the bench more opportunities to get clicking together, and give the Big 3 some rest, and run some ideas you have. If we have the 2nd seed locked up, who cares if we lose to scrub teams as long as everyones healthy, rested, and ready.
