1. Still has it pysically. Not as cut as he used to be but that comes from putting on extra weight for MMA. The fact that he still has the athletic ability to jump from the ground to the apron is ridiculous for someone his size.
2. WHO THE HELL THOUGHT IT WAS A GOOD IDEA FOR HIM TO TALK, AND WHY DID THEY LET EDGE "SHOOT" ON BROCK EARLIER IN THE SHOW? When you have a star coming out and pointing out the obvious, that Brock is just back for the money and doesn't take pro wrestling seriously, it sort of undermines anything Brock COULD have said later on. So instead, we end up seeing Brock ramble about God knows what (I lost track of what the hell he was saying after the first couple minutes of screw ups). Instead he should have been talking about how the industry needs him for legitimacy, but he couldn't really do that because Edge already pointed out that Brock doesn't care about pro wrestling.

I think the whole Edge shooting on Brock was designed draw the lines in the sand. Basically, even with Brock doing 'heelish' things, he was getting face pops and Cena wasn't going to win over anyone. The route they chose, and I think it was a wise one was very good. Edge sold it well and Cena needs to follow it up. But look at what they did in one show, by the end of that show, the entire crowd was supporting Cena. There was still pockets of Cena Sucks but they were being drowned out more than I can remember in a long time.
Brock should have followed it up with I don't care about the fans, I'm here to legitimize this company and i'm gonna make myself a ton of money and protect the Brock Lesnar brand too. That would have sold it better.
But you are right that it was a bit disjointed. IT was poorly executed at the end of the show.
