According to Blic, Chelsea are reportedly close to signing Partizan midfielder Lazar Markovic.
The Blic story says Markovic would cost €7m, and might not join immediately. They say the source is credible and has been on previous deals.

Looks like Dembele's going to be on a big club next year. Definitely wouldn't mind seeing him in blue.

Aren't the away kits for Man U and Arsenal blue?

Re: Transfer Thread 2.0! New and improved
I'm so proud that so many Belgian players are finding their way to the top
Kompany/Vermaelen/Fellaini already play for great clubs. Hazard/Dembele/Vertonghen will most likely join a bigger team too & our goalie just won the Europa League with Atletico
Belgian Press had something bout a £10mil offer for Moussa Dembele .. Would be a nice move

Yeah, happens a lot with Belgian players lately. They all leave our country at a very young age.
A lot of good Belgian players have come from the football school in Amsterdam (Ajax FC).

We're building a nice collection of Belgians at Stamford Bridge too. Lukaku is on board, Courtois will hopefully return from Atletico in 12 months time (I expect A. Madrid to try to keep him for another season)... De Bruyne will be on the books.... and hopefully Hazard...
@BelgianMagic - what are your thoughts on DeBruyne?
Belgium should have a great squad in a couple of years... Courtois, Vertonghen, Kompany, Vermaelen, Fellaini, Witsel, Defour, Hazard, Dembele, De Bruyne, Lukaku...

There is no consolation prize. Winning is everything.

Nainggolan from Cagliari is also a nice player. Rumor is Juve are targeting him.
It's a shame they won't play this summer, they have a interesting team for sure.

De Bruyne: Great vision, great passing (both feet) but still doesn't know his best position. He used to play left wing, but due to an injury of a team mate played "Central Attacking Midfield" the last 20 games and he was absolutely stunning playing on that position.
The best thing for Chelsea would be to either give him the promise of playing (more than Lukaku) or sending him to a team like A. Madrid like Courtois. With a couple of years of experience with a club like A. Madrid, I can really see him playing a nice role for Chelsea in the future. Great mentality too, and always sprints back to defend, which has made him the darling of his home crowd the last 2 seasons.
But for the national team, it's gonna be hard for him to get a spot, Fellaini/Hazard/Witsel/Dembele are better at this point, so he's gonna have to prove himself on a bigger stage before sending one of those guys to the bench.
We have a great selection of players, but thanks to our coach's super defensive system, we've wasted the last 2 opportunities to play in a big tournament. Hopefully our next coach can play all of our guys at their preferred position and get some better results.

Apparently Chelsea is willing to offer Torres + 15 mill for Falcao. What do you guys think if true?

Great move .. Falcao has been very impressive lately. A "pure" striker. He practically won the Europa League on his own, scoring all the important goals.
And Eden Hazard just announced he's joining either ManU or ManCity .. I really hope he's gonna join ManU. Don't really like anything about ManCity except Captain Vince

I'll put my money that Hazard ends up with Man City just like $amir Na$ri did last year.

United need to really make moves to strengthen their midfield. They need to go all out for Hazard

They'll probably have to settle for Kagawa or Belhanda. Not sure where Kagawa will play because Rooney plays his position.

Re: Transfer Thread 2.0! New and improved
One strong defensive midfielder and a center forward please. That's all I want and may be a back up left back project.
Scholes is signing on for another season and Carrick is at peak form. With Anderson/Cleverley/Pogba all possibly staying we need to give chances to players we've already invested time in.

That would mean they value Torres at 35 million atleast, which is laughable. It'd be highway robbery.
