No Thugger, I'm just very skeptical of his ability to have a full schedule that is responsibly aligned with the obligations he is paid $55,000 a day 365 days a year to fulfill. I do not believe he is serious enough. It is not about fitness alone, but really learning how to play differently on two levels. On the first level, he needs to develop moves that do not require the same athleticism he depended on earlier in his career. On the second level, he needs to learn actual game strategy and how to play defense. He is a very ignorant player for someone of his supposed value. I don't believe this ignorance can be be dispelled so easily while he manages various activities and business interests. I think he needs a very intensive immersion in basketball re-education, something I see most here think is as easy as pie and he can manage just fine which I do not. You're overestimating his ability to change. Sorry, not going overboard. I will remain deeply skeptical of his ability to handle any additional course loads until he proves otherwise.
I have those doubts of him being better whether he goes to school or not.
He isn't one of those players who improves his game to become a better player.
He only improve in areas that can extend his shelf life on the court.
But these course are not gonna prevent him from doing any of it.
His desire will.
