It's a bummer that Rose went down. NY lost Shumpert as well. I'm with those blaming the way they set up the season.

From a selfish standpoint, I wouldn't mind if Chicago still smashes the sixers, then they might finally realize they have to shake up the roster and the Wolves might be able to make a play
As long as the Nets are allowing Jay-Z to call their marketing shots — what a shock that he chose black and white as the new team colors to stress, as the Nets explained, their new “urban” home — why not have him apply the full Jay-Z treatment?
Why the Brooklyn Nets when they can be the New York N——s? The cheerleaders could be the Brooklyn B—-hes or Hoes. Team logo? A 9 mm with hollow-tip shell casings strewn beneath. Wanna be Jay-Z hip? Then go all the way!
“I guess I won’t need my color TV anymore now that the Nets will be wearing black and white,’’ writes reader John Lynch.

OJ Mayo is one of the best defenders in the league, hes a two way player and hes a great passer and playmaker.
Monty Williams indicated the Hornets need to add size during the offseason.
New Orleans is slotted fourth and tenth in the upcoming draft lottery.
“I could foresee us drafting a big, but there are a couple of guards in this draft that are pretty good with a high upside,” Williams said Sunday. “It’s one of those situations where the pick will dictate all of that, and (General Manager) Dell (Demps) may have a situation where he may want to trade the pick to get a veteran player. We’re still not sure. We’ve got to find out where we’re going to draft.”

The guys over on Rube Chat are discussing a Pekovic/Gordon swap. I could definitely see the Hornets considering that offer. They are in line to add two quality perimeter players with their top 10 picks, which could make it easier for them to part ways with Gordon.
Normally, I would say no to trading a big for a small, especially when we really have no one behind Pekovic, but I might be inclined to take this one. I think Pekovic's value is on a definite high, while I'm not sure if Gordon's value can get much lower.

Garnett: Bulls or Rockets
Allen: Clippers or Bulls
Pierce: Celtics
Return to Minnesota Timberwolves
