its obviously cant be THAT SEVERE if he's able to hold off surgery to win an nba championship lol. Ill be honest, i wish something minor came up for LeBron too, I feel as though Olympics stuff hurt players during their next nba season. fatigue

Why don't we just bring this German dude out here. Every NBA player and his grandma wants him now, let's just make him official NBA knee dude.

I wonder if his camp has ever considered the Orthokine therapy, as I believe it'd be a good method for him. He should definitely return to Grover though. The guy was perfect for him, his methods turned him into a monster, there's no reason to not work with him.

Will he have Kobe's permission to work with him

Wade said it himself that it is just a "cleanup" surgery so its not a major one. He will be available for training camp, which is most important right now.

I wonder if Wade is ever going to play in the Olympics again. He would be 34 years old. Hopefully he will still be somewhat of an elite player at his position (ala J. Kidd during 08) to still get a spot. The SG position is dying every year but the PG is getting stronger every year.

Also I hope Wade seriously gets with a shooting coach. If he can consistently knock down jumpers, he'll be effective for a long time. Doesn't even have to be the three pointer, just from mid range.

Can we get LeBron to sit out too? and Bosh?

these guys need rest. I guess Bosh missed a lot of playoff games, but still.

LeBron needs to chill. Deep playoff runs PLUS olympics is bad for the body.

He can rest until June, or do the Spurs/Pop method of limiting his minutes in the regular season, Wade's value is in the playoffs that where he will be needed the most.

Good, said he's going to get a shooting coach as well.

Heat won against the team that will supposedly give the Heat the most competition in the next 3-4 years with a 70% Wade, imagine the Heat with 09 Wade!

It's funny how we're all happy with this news. A guy needs knee surgery, and we're happy he's getting it. That's how bad Wade's knee was. I'm happy he not only gets it treated, but also avoids the wear and tear of London. I wonder if he'll do that orthokine stuff Kobe and co have gotten into. PEACE.

good. let eric gordon play.

i wanted this for wade. he already won two medals and played his part. his future is more important for the heat franchise and he knows it. im ecstatic that he knows he needs to get that knee 100 percent and he is acknowledging that a shooting coach will help him this offseason. ive said it many times before. wade is a transcendent talent. only because he will eventually lose explosiveness (which he still has in bounds) doesnt mean he will cease to be an effective player. guy is an extremely hard worker and still has room to improve as a player. hopefully he gets that jumper back to 05-09 form and works on the spot up 3.
