If he wasn't happy spelling Lawson at Denver, what made you think he would be happy with Lin. I can imagine he whine to Woodson and his buddy Amare in the locker room every day already.
Difference is that Felts would come here already knowing the situation with Lin. This time it would be *his choice*. If he really isn't ok with that, he can just go somewhere else.
With the Denver trade, Felts had just signed up with us to be the starting PG on a playoff bound team. We kind of screwed him over (though of course that is part of the biz) by trading him half-a-season later, and into a situation not of his own choice where he was given a much lesser role. He reacted badly, and that's a negative (no denying it). I just don't think we are looking at anything like the same situation this time around, because this time around Felts is getting to make his own choice.
