Hate?
Disgust for someone's actions or propensities does not equate to hate. Please play intelligently, OG.
Well, I assume you are familiar with the internet meme "haters gonna hate" but if you really want to go the literal route, the dictionary definition I found for hate states "to dislike intensely or passionately; feel extreme aversion for or extreme hostility toward; detest" and I certainly felt a large amount of aversion and hostility in your first post. Evidence to this point would include (but is not limited to):
1 - Stating he "wants to be worshipped"
2 - Stating that he hardly worked on his game when in fact, there is plenty of evidence that he did work on his game. When he first came into the league, all he could really do is block shots and make hustle plays. He eventually became a very versatile player, being able to score, pass, shoot, and defend multiple positions. There were offseasons where he put on several pounds of muscle mass, but unfortunately was not able to keep that over the season. But to imply he never worked on his game is a falacy, and since you seem well-informed as a Jazz fan, it is safe to assume that you are letting your aversion and hostility towards AK and his contract influence you here.
3 - Calling him a "known World of Warcraft addict" when you actually don't know if he's an addict or not and when it really lacks relevance to the conversation. Playing a game does not necessarily equate to an addiction, and I've pointed out that he obviously
has worked on his game, and how is playing games at night an issue here?
4 - Passive-aggressiveness is still a form of hostility and agression.
I thank you Paper Face, for the reminder to keep the discussion intelligent, and hope you can continue to maintain those standards as a contributing member to our little community here on RealGM.
