It's denial. They don't want to believe that they are wasting money on a team that hates its own fans, and that it continues to make the same mistake over and over again.
But hey, if you want big named 40 year olds, it doesn't get much better than the Knicks!
I liked getting Camby as he can still impact a game. But I supported Kidd as a backup and teacher for Lin, nothing more. But Felton? Ugh.
I'm not sure if Kidd really cares about anything but partying in the Hamptons now that he got his ring but he's still useful, too smart to not at least make an impact. He would have been ideal with a young, hungry PG willing to learn from him, but when I say hungry, I don't mean that kind of hungry.
The Felton trade makes zero sense except as a pathetic move by a pathetic man whose sole purpose was to spite Jeremy Lin. Does anyone really think Kurt Thomas is useful anymore?
Kidd and Camby are still useful role players. Will they be in a year or so though is another story. Even this year, good luck keeping them healthy for the playoffs. But it doesn't matter, this team is still lead by selfish idiots as it has been since the 90s. That Dolan cares more about JR Smith than Lin or any guy the organization has ever drafted is telling.
